1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Zanzibar Football Federation (ZFF) Management System, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use this system.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Clubs, officials, and system administrators are required to access their accounts securely.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• All data entered into the system (e.g., player registrations, match reports) must be accurate, truthful, and authorized.
• Falsification of records or unauthorized manipulation of system data constitutes a severe breach and may result in disciplinary action by the ZFF.

3. Prohibited Activities

When using the system, you agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass or compromise the security mechanisms of the system.
• Use the platform to distribute spam, malware, or engage in unauthorized data scraping.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation with a club or association.

4. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Zanzibar Football Federation and its licensors. The intellectual property is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Zanzibar Football Federation be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the System.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the portal. Your continued use of the System following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
